It can be losing one resource to gain another better resource. Other forms of opportunities are personally created. Some opportunities may be noticeable while others may be difficult to notice them which may include education and social interaction. Some opportunities may be created through elimination of some weakness. For example my form of leadership given a chance I would eliminate it and replace with a brand new area of my career which would be more explorative (Gould, 2012).
